Summary

For our new project we are looking for a experienced Infra Technology Specialist who will responsible for a troubleshooting problems with networks and overall aspects of the applications. The candidate should have Good understanding of patch management using WSUS (Windows Server Update Services). He will provide support for client connectivity and he will coordinate with various Internal Teams for executing Project setup and migration activities

Responsibilities
  • Installation of operating systems like Windows 10/ Windows 7 using WDS/SCCM and configuration of Domain user profile in Desktops and Laptops.
  • Closing the Global Service Desk tickets with proper resolution & SLA.
  • Managing and Handling the User's IT related issues through Telephone, Email and RDP.
  • Deploying Windows 7/ Windows 10 using WDS/SCCM and configuration of Domain user profile in Desktops and Laptops.
  • Managed the Environment with SCCM for Patch, Software installation and WDS for OS installation
  • Supporting all the VIP users in the location.
  • Taking care of Phoenix where software’s are allocated and released according to the license availability.
  • Managing and ensuring overall compliance for laptops and desktops.
  • Managing Resource Allocation Management System for controlling hardware & software resources.
  • Installed and provided support for the Air watch, Intune mail application in android and apple devices.
You have
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Remote Desktop Support role and Providing desktop and laptop level solutions to end users based on the remedy calls that is within the SLA using Service now.
  • Basic knowledge of server, network and storage.
  • Worked in Corporate Antivirus (McAfee), Maintaining the Antivirus up to date.
  • Experience with installation of operating systems like Windows 10/ Windows 7 using WDS/SCCM and configuration of Domain user profile in Desktops and Laptops.
  • Experience with deploying Windows 7/ Windows 10 using WDS/SCCM and configuration of Domain user profile in Desktops and Laptops.
  • Experience with Installing & troubleshooting Project Software’s on Laptops & Desktops through remote tool.
