Your responsibilities
Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming and outgoing communication – Microsoft company.
Our requirements
- very good knowledge of Russian language
- communicative English
- general IT knowledge (Windows, Ms Office)
- proactive and positive approach
- ability to multitask
