Your responsibilities:
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing proper installation of operating systems, and appropriate software
  • Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to operating systems, applications, security and hardware
  • Access rights and permissions management
  • Users/Objects management in Active Directory and Exchange Software licenses management
  • Co-operating with suppliers and purchasing of IT equipment
  • Co-operation with other IT departments and business representants

 

Our requirements:
  • You are familiar with Microsoft operating systems that makes you able to solve typical daily issues with applications and drivers.
  • You have basic knowledge about Windows server environment
  • You are familiar with Office applications
  • You have basic knowledge about LANs and connectivity issues troubleshooting methods
  • You are familiar with Active Directory service giving you fluency in managing user accounts and security groups.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, or AX and SCCM will be an advantage.
  • You have an IT educational background 
  • B2 level of English (Common European Framework of Reference)
  • You are dynamic, systematic and see problem solving as a fun challenge
  • Experience in ITIL Environment and licenses management will be an advantage.
