Your responsibilities:
  • Supervision of everyday quality processes 
  • Quality assessment, supervision and verification of products and parts according to specification 
  • Creating and updating quality documentation according to company needs 
  • Supervision of the non-complaint parts 
  • Creating nonconformity reports 
  • Analysis and statistics of nonconformities 
  • Conducting internal audits and coordination of external audits 
  • Visiting and auditing suppliers
  • Close cooperation with production, purchasing, shipping and other departments within 3Shape
Ideal profile:
  • Higher degree (preferable technical)
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • Knowledge and experience on various quality tools and processes: APQP, PPAP, QAP, MSA, etc.
  • Experience on engineering position in production company 
  • Working experience with ISO 13485:2016 and MDSAP 
  • Fluent (or very good) English, both verbally and writing (essential condition)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
